Standard Reconstitution Protocols

Precise preparation is critical for peptide integrity. Follow these standardized laboratory steps for optimal research results.

Sterilize your environment thoroughly. Utilize 70% isopropyl alcohol to sanitize the rubber stoppers of both the BAC water and the peptide vial. Allow the surface to dry naturally to ensure a complete aseptic seal before needle entry.
Draw air into the syringe equal to your target diluent volume. Inject the air into the BAC water vial to equalize internal pressure, then withdraw the precise volume of liquid. Refer to our Dosage Charts for compound-specific recommendations.
Angle the needle toward the glass wall of the peptide vial. Release the BAC water slowly, allowing it to cascade down the glass. Never spray water directly onto the powder cake, as high-pressure impact can fragment the delicate peptide structure.
